OnePlus 11 Pro leaks show large camera design with alert slider

Emerging renders of the expected OnePlus 11 Pro from Smartprix (in collaboration with OnLeaks) show the circular camera housing and the return of the iconic alert slider.

The renders appear to be based on an early prototype of the OnePlus 11 Pro, and while the design may not reflect the final product, it does give us a glimpse of what the phone will look like when it launches sometime in 2023.

One of the features removed from the recently released OnePlus 10T is the Hasselblad-endorsed camera. If these renders are to be believed, the OnePlus 11 Pro camera will once again bear the Hasselblad name, but it will likely be the last OnePlus flagship handset to partner with the Swedish camera maker. In 2021, with the OnePlus 9 series, it is estimated that it will only be together for three years after it was announced.

Next, the camera housing is designed to move away from the square shape found on the OnePlus 10 Pro in favor of a larger, semi-circular shape. This isn’t the first time OnePlus has used a circular camera on its phones. ( with a notable example being the OnePlus 7T ); However, the renders show that the triple camera setup is much larger than the previous releases.

Finally, The leaked renders show the welcome alert slider, which OnePlus promises will make a comeback for future models, not appearing on the OnePlus 10T. Before the release, all OnePlus flagships have audio, It comes with a slider that lets you easily switch between vibrate and silent modes.

There are concerns that the slider will be limited to Pro-branded handsets rather than any OnePlus flagship, but we won’t know for sure until we get closer to releasing some official information. While no further details (or pricing) have been revealed in these leaks, recent reports suggest that the OnePlus 11 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming flagship processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
